Doctor Spangler was prompt, cordial, and professional. He listened carefully to my concerns and answered my questions completely. His follow up after lab work was very thorough and also very prompt.

Had a new doctor since Dr. Jamel wasn't in office. Very nice fellow who seemed well-informed, very congenial, and most importantly, appeared to have what so many medical doctors lack these days.......bed side manner!!!!

I was skeptical about seeing a new doctor at this clinic, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that my new doctor was just as helpful. He seemed to sincerely listen to what I had to say which is an extremely rare thing these days. I did not feel rushed. Everything was clearly explained to me. All the staff was very kind. I did not have to wait for any long periods of time, and I loved being able to check in online. I will continue to visit this clinic in the future. I wholeheartedly appreciate being heard and being treated with respect.

I went to a different doctor within the Novant healthcare system, and I wasn’t impressed with her care. However, I am extremely satisfied with my care and appreciative to have finally been listened to and not necessarily have to be back at the hospital.

He listened to me as I discussed my health to him and he checked me and discussed my meds and talked directly to me and seem to show genuine concern, which to a patient shows the doctor care or at least listening to you. Never had a problem with Rock Hill Family Practice

I have not seen Dr. Spangler before. He was wonderful. He was very friendly and he listen ed to my concerns. I felt like he was truly interested in helping me and he took the time to let me explain what I felt was going on. I think he is a wonderful addition to the Rock Hill practice.

Appointment was on time no wait time

I enjoyed the fact I did not feel like I was on a conveyor belt at Novant Health. I generally don’t like going to the doctor but Dr. Spangler made the visit meaningful and informative. As I get older I realize my body is changing and partnering with a good health provider is important for me and my family.

This was the first time in several years that I felt like the Dr. actually cared and listened.

Great doctor that listened and gave useful information about my condition

I am moving to the area and thought it would be difficult to find a professional doctor’s office and primary care Doctor quickly. Dr was very concerned and caring. Took time to listen to my pain issues. Took quick action to relieve my pain ( shot) and prescribed meds for continued relief.

Dr spangler actually cares about what i have to say. Like what i say mattered and like he truly wanted to fix the concerns i had. Awesome doc. He will now be my pcp doctor. In a time of "get em in and get em out" he didnt rush anything and listened to me. Great experience!
