Everyone, including Veronica, Simone and Natalie Garces were very professional while being friendly and caring. I also have to mention Sarah, who greeted us at the Novant entrance. As we walked in Sarah greeted us and asked if we needed help. I asked for directions to my appointment location and, without pause, Sarah asked for the name of my provider and then quickly said “take that elevator to the fifth floor and make a right to 560. That’s High Risk, Natalie Garces. She was amazing! Without looking anywhere other than at me she knew exactly where I needed to go. She’s a treasur

Everyone I met were courteous and helpful in assisting me in locating the right place of my appt. I especially liked that the front desk nurse ( sorry, I cannot remember her name, she was so sweet). She thanked me for my service and gave me a coin from Novant Health who wished to thank me as well. Natalie Garces was very thorough and she provided me a wealth of information. One of the things that stood out during my appointment was that she told me about a study that was done and when I had questions she provided me a copy of the particular study she referenced. That simple act put my mind at ease. Thank you all for the care you provide to the community and particularly all military service members.

Natalie was very thorough and explained things in an easily understandable manner. She was a good listener and very respectful and relatable.
