While I appreciate being able to get in so quickly, it is also disturbing to feel like I was getting a sales pitch for a stimulator implant. when asking about possible side effects of the implant to my spine i was simply answered with everything has risks and blown off which i did not appreciate.

Candace was my provider. She was very professional and friendly. She introduced me to Ashley, who is going to my provider in the future. Ashley was also very professional and helpful. The clerical staff were happy and helpful.

I would like for the doctor to have checked me to find out what causes the pain and why am I still having the problem with the pain the doctor didn't examine me to know what going on because I'm still having the pain

She listened to my concerns, was very knowledgeable about what was going on with my back, offered A great treatment plan that is working! After my appointment, she called me on the phone to tell me that she had thought of something else that I might want to try, she really went above and beyond my expectations!

She explained a lot to me about my spine issues, which was very helpful. With my approval she also set me up for lower spine x-rays, and specialist appt for spine injection and testing. I am very satisfied with my appointment, and have hope we'll learn the best way to proceed with addressing my problems.

I was nervous and anxious before my appointment with uncertainty but was soon put at ease after meeting the staff. I felt very welcomed and very special, as though my health concern was their main priority.

From time I stepped into the building for the first time, I asked a faculty member for directions to the spine center, I was directed with kindness, also when reach front desk, My wait for the appointment was prompt, Nurse greeted me made sure I was comfortable,before she took my vitals then asked questions ,Physician greeted me then made sure I was comfortable also,the focus was on my condition, I was examined ,she talked to me about my condition, I had asked some questions , she made it very easy to understand what was going on, overall my visit was " EXCELLENT " with this " FACULTY".
