Dr. Downing and her staff are always so friendly and helpful. My children feel so at ease around her and never want to go to anyone else!

Dr. Downing is the absolute best. She has seen our daughter since birth, which is now 12 years, and still to this day refers to her as Princess (that was on our door in L&D). She’s compassionate, caring and most importantly, listens.

Dr Downing went above and beyond the level of care that I needed for my son yesterday!!! She helped me sort out what was going on with his symptoms and course of his illness. She listened to all my details and was so patient with me. She also guided me compassionately and with her vast medical experience in the best direction for my child’s well-being. And after the injection that my child needed but was very distraught about, she brought him a pedialyte popsicle which brightened his and my spirit! Her assistant was equally compassionate and a greta listener as well!! Stacey, front desk, also assisted me with great kindness to get appointment setup, checked in and checked out. We’ve been patients at this practice since it opened and this experience proved why we will continue trusting our children with your practice and providers!
