The P.A. was amazing. She spent time getting to know my history. She made me feel heard and had great recommendations! She will be my PCP and I have already recommended her to two other people! It was a great experience!

I had my first initial visit recently since moving to the area. As someone who’s worked in healthcare for over 6 years, I am blown away by this office. The staffs communication is excellent, the office was very neat, clean and orderly. From the moment I walked in, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The wait time was not long at all and when it was time for me to go back for vitals, the nurse approached me instead of calling my name across the room. The nurse and PA I saw were very thorough, professional, nice and I truly felt like they cared! They took the time to talk with me on any issues I had concerns with and I never felt rushed. They provided education, resources and never dismissed how I felt. We were able to mutually make a plan for my health as well. I had to bring my two smallest children and they were so nice about it. The phlebotomist and nurse were excellent and explained everything in detail as they did their task. Upon checking out, the women at the desk were so sweet and helpful! I have nothing bad to say about this office or experience. I am very happy and impressed with my care and am thrilled I chose them as my new PCP.

I haven’t been to a family doctor in many years. Angela was recommended by a friend. They were on time, friendly and I feel a lot was accomplished in the first visit. Very satisfied and even got into the orthopedic doctor 3 days later. Very impressed with the this office.

Any visits with the High Point office is always a pleasant experience. The office staff, including nurses, PAs, etc. are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra “smile” to make any visit pleasurable! Keep up the good work!

It is the welcoming feel that your not just coming for an appt. But the way they make you feel while your waiting. The courtesy from the front desk all the way up to your visit with the doctor (icing on the cake) sort of speak! I am grateful for the PA-ANGELA . She is a very caring person. And a good listener. Thanks to the whole Novant Staff!?
