Dr Chapman was great !!

It was my first visit with Novant. U felt extremely comfortable, came out of the appointment telling my husband that I absolutely love my new care giver. She was friendly, patient, professional. I could not be any happier with my choice.

Very clean and took me on time. Did not have to wait and wait in the lobby or the room. Everyone was very nice.

Meredith was excellent, as usual. She is most knowledgeable and has excellent interpersonal skills. She is very kind.

Great team from front to back. Everyone was professional, competent, and compassionate.

Meredith is amazing and because of her I will continue to come to this practice! She’s very caring and treats you with respect! Answered all my questions and with sincerity was there for her patients!!

Meredith was very friendly and did everything she could to help me. She sent me to the ER where they admitted me with pneumonia. After a 5 day stay and a lot of medication I went home. I’m very grateful to her for insisting that I go.

PA Meredith Chapman was very helpful, encouraging, and prompt in getting me checked, tested and help with all right medications, prescription and non-prescription, and other suggestions to get better. I was feeling better the next day. She also went above and beyond expected by going out to my car to test my husband, and she called me while I was at pharmacy stayed online until issue with them was resolved. I am very pleased with how I was treated.

Everybody at this location was extremely kind and efficient. It was my first time meeting with my PCP, Meredith Chapman, and she was able to fit me in the day after I messaged her. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and eased my fears about how I was feeling. Also, I did not get her name, probably due to my own nerves, but the nurse that took my blood was incredibly comforting and caring. I am not the best with needles and she helped comfort me throughout the entire experience. I tried to let her know how much I appreciated it and I hope she understands how much it meant to me.
