I love Novant health care. They always took care of my all family members and friends with respect.

I didn’t feel rushed by my Dr. or any other staff. They were professional and friendly. My Dr. provided interpretation of my labs and her recommendations less than 24 hours after my appointment.

I've recommended Dr Reinecke to friends & family. She's a great listener, compassionate, friendly, & responds quickly with my test results & questions. I trust Dr Reinecke & am happy she's my PCP.

The receptionist, the nurse, and the doctor were all kind and helpful. This was my first visit and I am impressed. I think I like being a patient at a smaller facility!

My doctor of 30 years, Marshall McMillan, retired in January. I went with a new doctor, Megan Reinecke. I have seen her twice, and she is wonderful. She seems truly interested in my well-being, offers suggestions for how I can improve things, and doesn't judge men when I slip up (like playing golf in 100-degree weather and getting heat exhaustion). The nurse, whose name was Leticia (I think), was equally attentive and supportive.

Dr Reinecke is an exceptional doctor who is very caring, listens and shows interest in my well-being. She is friendly, professional, warm and humble in her manners. She makes me feel total trust in her medical treatment and suggestions for tests and medication. Novant is lucky to have her on the staff.

After years of knowing Dr. McMillan and being apprehensive about a new physician, Dr. Megan made me feel very much at ease and comfortable with the transition to a new physician. Not only was Dr. McMillan a good physician but a good friend & Christian.
