I came home raving about how amazing my visit was to both family and friends. I felt heard, valued, and respected. My experience of the entire appointment from check in to check out was nothing less than remarkable!

Dr Takashi Hirata shows he really cares about the patient, he is very reasonable and realistic on the scenarios to improve my health. He took he his time to answer my questions, also, I want to thank the entire staff, in special nurses and technicians for how politely took care of me.

Dr Hirata is concerned about my health and is understanding of my concerns. If he feels more specialized treatment is needed he doesn't hesitate to refer you to a specialist.

Appointment at 8. Everything was fine until at 8:40 I was given a gown to change into so a breast exam could be given. I left at 9:25 when no one had come to do that. 45 minutes is too long. No follow up appt was scheduled, - no apology offered.

Dr Hirata is an excellent physician He always knows exactly what is needed. He is extremely kind. He works hard and always makes time for all of my questions and explains everything so that I can understand him! All of the folks in his office are great people!

I was disappointed with my visit . Dr. Hirata seemed to be distant and not at all interested . I kept having to point things out to him ( ex. elevated labs and low B12) . I spoke to him again about my neck pain and he did not follow up on it . I guess his hands are tied on some of these complaints, but like I said I was disappointed with my visit . I know I am almost 76 years old , but you have these questions and I have to be truthful.

Dr. Hirata saw that I had an issue with my hand which I could not close and was in some pain. His treatment that he chose did the trick. Within 24 hours I was able to regain use of my hand by 75 percent and by 48 hours it is up to 95 percent. I am so fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Hirata who is a kind and caring doctor. He also has a terrific staff who also show great treatment of their patients.

Dr. Hirata is terrific! It’s obvious he truly cares about my health and well being. He listened intently, reassured me, offered suggestions, and never made me feel rushed; though I feel sure I kept him over whatever time is generally allotted. When I mentioned I’d like to think over and/or research on of his suggestions he was polite, open, and supportive. He said I could discuss it with him again anytime. I feel so fortunate to have Dr. Hirata as our family physician. He’s the best!
