Sep 2024For my first appointment some time ago, I was offered to see a doctor or a PA. To see a doctor, I would have had to wait much longer and the PA was much sooner. I chose the PA. Best decision I have ever made. Ms. Walters listened as no doctor ever has. Ms. Walters took the time to explain everything as no doctor ever has. In this last appointment, I approached her about how to properly address her. Madison sounded too familiar and lacked the respect she deserved. Ms. Walters sounded too sterile and too business like. I told her I had no problem with Dr. Walters since she has provided me with better medical attention than so many other doctors. She said no, which I understood.

Sep 2024This was my second time seeing Madison Walters. She has a warm and reassuring bedside manner. She is thorough in gathering necessary information and is also extremely knowledgeable, competent, and professional. I know of no way her quality of care can be improved upon. I feel fortunate that I am able to schedule an appointment with Madison when I need to see a provider for a cardiovascular issue. The nurse who took my weight and blood pressure was kind and personable. The folks at the front desk who checked me in (a lovely young lady with dark brown glasses) and a gentleman who checked me out were both cordial and helpful. The gentleman took time to schedule my three tests close together on the same day so I wouldn’t need to make extra trips to Charlotte from Gastonia. Thank you all for your kindness and extraordinary quality of care.
