It was good but there is always room for improvement.

I was very pleased with my visit on April 11, Dr. John’s took time to listen to what I had to say without rushing me. His staff was very polite, courteous, pleasant attitude and helpful in every respect.

Dr John’s listen to all of our questions and he answered them. We left with a good feeling.

I do not understand why it's so hard to reach someone when you call the office. I think it's ridiculous to have a recording when you have important questions regarding your health or medication. The majority of the time you do not receive a call back. I think it por customer service.
