Dr Roulette was amazing, he diagnosed what he thinks may be wrong and wanted to be certain and sent me for a nerve test immediately. I have a follow up on June 10th. Very pleased I met with Dr Roulette!

We waited for our scheduled appointment for over an hour and a half! Snarky comment from the assistant bringing me to my room and barely an apology from the doctor. If he is on call please don’t overbook his schedule as they said this happens all the time. The doctor helped a bit but really pretty quick with our questions too.

The doctors and nurses were magnificent

my experience with my condition was outstanding.

I wasn't seen by the doctor for over an hour past my appointment time on Monday May 6. I received no info from the staff as to the cause of the delay. When Dr. Roulette did see me he explained the delay was due to a rush of orthopaedic issues with other patients that had occurred over the weekend. He was apologetic and I began to understand the delay. He was very helpful and courteous and I expressed my appreciation for his assistance and help.

Dr. Roulette is great and so are all the staff at this office!! They were all awesome and got my surgery approved by my insurance and scheduled so quickly. Really very happy all around.

I absolutely love going to Dr. Roulette. My wife and my grandson also go to him. While my wife had hand surgery with Dr. Valentine in Huntersville, where we live, we do not have any confidence in him and we were fortunate to find Dr. Roulette who has been a great medical provider for us. This is my second condition I have gone to Dr. Roulette and I would not consider anyone else.

When I was called to make the appointment, the person who scheduled it made me very concerned, having indicated he saw my extra and was almost definitely going to need surgery. Turns out he is not a medical professional at all and it turns out I didn’t need surgery. Caused me a lot of unnecessary anxiety.

My appointment was scheduled for 3:30. I had to take time off work to get to my appointment. The doctor walked in to the room to see me exactly two hours late! He walked in at 5:30! I can’t afford this visit as it is, but couldn’t avoid it due to a fractured finger, then I lost time off work on top of it which wouldn’t have been necessary if they had notified me that they were running behind schedule. I’ll be exploring every thing possible to expose this shocking service. How can I be expected to pay almost $500.00 for a visit that was less than 10 minutes and that ran so late?

I had an excellent experience. This was the first time I met Dr. Roulette& I was very impressed with him.

From the minute I arrived was greeted with smile and tech was amazing very knowledgeable and kind X-ray tech super nice and Dr. Roulette couldn’t have been more patient explaining my injury and showing me my X-ray I felt very confident with his treatment he is super at his job and has a great staff.

Listened to my concerns and together we made a plan of action.

The doctor was fantastic. I was referred to him by an occupational therapist in the community. Most of my doctors are with Atrium but if I ever have hand surgery I would have Dr Roulette do it. I didn’t rate staff as high as I don’t remember anything about them.

I waited 30 minutes in the outside waiting area before I was called back to the room to see the doctor I waited another 45 minutes before the doctor came in the room The doctor did apologize but this was not the first time I waited a VERY LONG time to be seen Something needs to be addressed regards to over scheduling or whatever the problem was Not happy about the wait time I was going to leave, but I didn’t If I visit this facility again I will not wait an hour and fifteen minutes to be seen again
