Dr Richter is great. His staff is great. But there were a lot of us needing labs, and only one tech. The wait to get my labs drawn was 30-40 minutes. I feel this is unacceptable, and it’s not the first time I’ve had to wait, although not usually this long. And we had a miscommunication that this was my medicare annual so I didn’t have the questionnaire to fill out in advance. That would have sped up the check in a little.

Dr. Richter is medicine at it best.

I’m a fairly new patient of Dr Richters after having had a very bad experience with an Atrium doctor and practice in Waxhaw. Before that I was with another doctor for over 20 years. Changing doctors has been stressful but Dr. Richter is an amazing, sensitive, intuitive, informed doctor and he has won my trust completely. I can not express how much I dislike going to a doctor for any reason but doctor Richter and his staff have made it as comfortable as possible. I am so grateful to have found them. I might even start looking forward to my visits.

Dr. Richter, Donna and staff are fantastic!

Dr. Richter is a great communicator and explained everything thoroughly. Donna is an expert and compassionate shot/vaccination provider. I hate shots, but she makes them go quickly. Gigi draws my blood nearly painlessly (remember I’m terrified of needles). The kindness, and professionalism at this office are a shining example of what one would hope to find with every medical provider.

The staff here are exceptionally courteous and helpful from the front desk on back. The phlebotomist is one of the most skilled I have ever encountered. The doctor and nurse are excellent. I am grateful for such a pleasant setting.

Everybody I interacted with at the clinic was professional and treated me very well.

All the staff members at this location are wonderful. I’ve seen several providers and I’ve always had a good experience.

Dr. Richter was kind, and compassionate. He listened to my concerns and treated me well. I am very happy he saw me. I am starting to feel much better with the antibiotic he prescribed. The first time I have been without a headache in a week.

This office is fantastic. From providers to techs and all other staff I always have a great experience. I feel like Dr. Richter really takes the time to listen and consider my care carefully. In fact, I have asked my husband to switch to him as PCP. He is a doctor I really trust and I am thankful to have such a great physician and office to go to.

Dr Richter was so good that I asked to change to him as my primary doctor from this point on. The nurse and staff were great!

The tech that took my blood for the analysis was great!!! Very little pain with the needle injection and she was so sweet!

My doctor visit was one of Positivity. There was coordination of all the staff who interacted with me. The nurse, I needed blood work up, and urine taken. Everyone was so helpful . The office staff was helpful with follow up appointments, giving info on what to do about prescription renewal. I look forward to seeing my Dr. On next appointment.
