Wrong time to answer this question because the Novant system is a total disaster since they upgraded the software for MyChart. I got a voicemail finally yesterday when I was promised one Monday and I got a prescription notice from the drugstore but no information yet on my ailments

Being new to NC from MN I was trying to start new healthcare. I waited over 2 months for an appt and it was wonderful with PA Erika Thompson. Ms Thompson listened & referred me to physicians that I need care from. I already have future appointments scheduled. Thank you to the staff with Novant Health!

This is the third time she has successfully diagnosed what my medical issue is and has treated me accordingly or referred me to a specialist and followed up with me afterwards. She is the best. Her assistants are always professional and caring. The front desk staff is amazingly patient and dedicated considering how toiling the waiting area can get. In conclusion, I am a patient of one of the best medical facilities, Novant Ogden where the medical and support teams truly care and listen. Many kudos!

Greatly appreciate the flexibility of the office. I experienced an unexpected allergic reaction and reached out to my PCP. The office was able to fit me in within a few hours. Both the male MA (missed his name although he did share) and PA Erika were very patient and personable. Could not be more appreciative of the medical group as a whole. I drive from Brunswick county to the Ogden office for the personalized visits I have received for the last 5 years.

I did not talk to my regular doctor the first time in there was a follow up phone call after I talk to my regular doctor about how I was doing but there was no communication between the two and I had two zoom calls. The first was with one doctor not my primary and the second zoom call was with my primary doctor. It seemed they did not communicate with each other what had transpired with me

The only negative about my visit was the length of time it takes to receive my lab results. It's been over 24 hours since I submitted my lab work, and still no results.

First time patient at Novant Health. Everyone was super helpful in directing me to the right area. I was treated with great customer service.

My appointment was for a referral only. Not a true physical.

PA Thompson helped me get what I needed for the moment. I am concerned, however, this condition goes on and on and I'm just being passed from provider to provider with no resolution. That wasn't a concern at first, but over the course of 4 months, this has become painful to the extent normal daily activities are affected, especially sleep.

About as pleasant of an experience as I've had for a doctors appointment.

Virtual experience I wished we had skipped & just went on to the office visit. I was extremely sick & so thankful I only had to wait another hour to be seen. The office staff and Erika were helpful, and made the visit very welcoming.

I was very thankful I got in so quickly the day before a holiday.

Was disappointed that my PC doctor- who I'd come to trust, and who was a great listener and diagnostician as well as health coach, was now gone from the practice. The practitioner I met with was pleasant but not the same caliber- it was a more impersonal visit as it takes time to establish a relationship. I'll return but not with the same confidence and trust. I hope I'll get to at least lay eyes on a new PC in another 6 months- and I hope constant turnover is not the pattern.

This P.A. provider was filling in until new Dr on board. Thought she was attentive to my concerns and took the time to listen. Also came up with a plan of action to follow until seen by the new doctor.

Novant New Hanover Ogden Group is a professional and very competent group. I feel I am in good hands and am very comfortable with placing my primary care needs in their hands. It is worth the hour drive to know you have this confidence.

This is the first time I felt heard by someone at this practice. My previous doctor here never listened to me. Erika did. She actually listened to me instead of focusing on my weight. Hopefully this plan will help me feel better so I can start to focus on my weight

This visit was my first experience and every person in every department was kind and knowledgeable. And a special appreciation for Joanna at the front desk for Erica Thompson she helped me troubleshoot a My Chart app issue. Along with that she called me after the appointment to schedule my lab work because I scooted right by without realizing I needed to stop back in (she was helping another patient). The front desk greeters were also very friendly. I left there feeling like part of the family even though it was my first visit.

This medical practice has always been A+.
