Dr. Adcock has been my primary care doctor for at least 25 years and I always feel he has my best interest at heart. He is so professional and knowledgeable. I went in for lab work on Friday and he initiated and scheduled my Monday appointment which I so appreciated.

Promptly got the appointment, and as always Jimmie took the time to listen and provide very good advice.

I typically see Dr Adcock once a year, before he has test results from blood and urine. Consequently when we talk after his examination, he has no current teat results. He is a great Dr in whom I have lots of confidence. I am getting older and would likely benefit from a consult post test results

Dr. Adcock is very thorough. I have multiple medical issues and he systematically went through each one to make sure I understood the medications for each and what they were for along with side effects. I felt he was very helpful. We also went through the vaccine list and encouraged me to get the flu and and Covid vaccines before traveling with my grand children next month. Very positive experience.

Fast and efficient. I arrived about 45 minutes before my appointment time, but was taken back for my lab work almost immediately. Dr. Adcock was also able to get in to see me early. By the time I was finished with my visit with Dr. Adcock, I was out of the office only 10-15 minutes after my actual appointment time.

The staff at the front desk need to be more professional to ALL. I was ignored while they chatted up with a man who was just sitting there. They saw me standing there. Neither acknowledged me but a third older woman who must check people out when leaving was kind enough to get me signed in. The front desk should only be manned by people that can be pleasant & professional. The rest of the staff I dealt with were kind and welcoming. Dr Adcock is a Top Doctor.

Doctor Adcock has been our family Doctor for 30 years. He has always taken great care of my wife and myself.

Dr. Adcock is an exceptional doctor - he listens purposefully, extremely kind, and is willing to take the next step in patient care, if need be. The only area that needs attention is follow up on my chart. I can leave a message or write a note and days pass before responded to - for example I responded to the dr on February 20 and didn’t get a reply from the staff until February 27. This has happened previously in the last 6 months. Perhaps it’s due to new staff and the move of the practice. For years, I have looked forward to seeing Beverly friendly greeting as I enter the office. The new location is a pleasant change from the Epicentre.
