I was so impressed with this group! I saw the PA Kyle and Dr. Martin. They were both just wonderful. So personable and friendly, really put me at ease. They both took a lot of time with me , patiently listened to what I had to say and explained my condition in detail. I felt like they took my concerns seriously and wanted to help. Anyone needing surgery would be in the best hands here. Everyone from the front office to the back was so nice. A great experience!

Dr. Martin has a high level of education, experience, and training and devotes the time to listen to the patient (not be in a rush), answer their questions, and explain his medical advice clearly and honestly. I consider him a "straight shooter," meaning he cares about the patient and also factors in common sense when recommending options and approaches. Also, his P.A. and staff are great. I give Dr. Martin 5 stars!

Every Dr and nurse I came in contact with made my stay excellent. I wish I could name them for special recognition but wasn’t in much state to recall Names and would hate to leave anyone out. Thanks to all for a comforting time in not so comforting reasons!!!!

This provider is an hour away from my home. I arrived 20 minutes early and had to wait over an hour to be seen by Dr. Martin.

My original appt was 9/9. I was requested to move it to 9/10. The physician was 1 1/2 behind schedule. I was not informed and had to ask after I had been there 45 mins. My time is valuable too.

very caring, listens, treatment is informative. Listened to my pain concerns. Encouraged me to hang in there and be patient and give the injections time. and also when I asked for a pain med, the med was given to me and mostly helped.

Excellent service

Dr. Martin was recommended to me by my Novant Physical Therapist, for which I'm grateful. Dr. Martin showed me my X-rays which clearly showed I need a new shoulder joint. But he didn't push it. It will happen when I can wrap my head around it. In the meantime, he gave me a cortisone shot to ease the pain & told me to continue the PT stretching exercises. He's very professional but also very personable and inspires trust. Novant has great doctors, x-ray techs, & front office staff!

Provider didn't ask questions to insure that he understood my concern, but moved right to his assessment of the problem. Over an hour wait to see the provider once I arrived. Started off with kindof a snarky remark about how many MRI images I had reviewed, when I commented that the images were not presented on my Mychart.

Dr Steve Martin is terrific! Very caring doctor. Makes you feel like he cares about you! Rare these days.

It was very positive. I appreciate the time given as well as the personal approach of the surgeon considering the way he communicated his sympathies, sense of humor and reassurance as well as the delivery of information. I appreciate the time he took to answer questions. Major surgery is serious and daunting and it was helpful to meet the person in charge of the procedure.

I really liked Dr Martin and the 2 PAs I saw.

I liked the fact that everyone worked as a team, in order to help me and answer my questions. The Doctor, His assistant, the Surgery coordinator and the e-ray tech.

Everyone I came in contact with seems to work well together as a team. Very caring and patient.

My hip was very inflamed. The staff took extra care during my flouro injection. They took extra time and care to minimize pain. Great job.

The parking is horrible at the Ortho entrance. There are only 2 handicap spaces. A lot of people going for ortho appts probably need handicap parking.

The The PA, Dr Steve Martin, the nurses, xRay technicians and front desk staff were ALL very courteous, caring and efficient. I couldn’t have been more pleased. My husband, Dr Harvey May, was a gynecologic physician at Presbyterian Hospital from 1949 until 1993 so I was pleasantly surprised with Dr Martin’s demeanor in his attitude which was similar to my husband’s care for his patients.

The doctor for this appointment was over 1.5 hours late. However, the office staff kept us informed and were very compassionate and apologetic.

Thanks to all staff for their smiles and always if you need help. And my Doctor Steven Martin was extremely understanding. Every one went above to sun and moon to help me.

I wish l had a pamplet to take home to go over the procedures.Sometimes it is overwhelming to listen to Dr. And take everything in. I am a little nervous In completely understanding the procedure. That is just me.

Hardly can see my own doctor mostly his assistants. The receptionist on the way checkouts are very inpatient and little aggressive.
