Anna Norman has been the best primary care provider I have ever had. She really cares about her patients by the way she remembers details and offers compassion and guidance. She really listens to your concerns and is very responsive when you need something. She actually supports you in investigating when you feel like something isn’t right vs some doctors who are dismissive. I trust her more than I have trusted almost any other doctor I have seen because she has helped me figure out what was wrong, got me to the appropriate specialist, and had been a great support all along. Can’t recommend her enough!

My experiences at Novant Health, Village Point, have always been very positive. The providers always treated me like I was their only patient (and I KNOW that's not true!!!) If they had other things on their minds, it never showed. I feel like they never wanted me to leave until they were sure I was comfortable with what we discussed and what the plan for my care would be.
