I appreciate the call backs in a timely fashion. I didn’t feel as though I had to hold back any questions and received thorough answers. I appreciate the fact that my doctor didn’t make me feel like he was in such a hurry to get to the next patient, though I know there were others. Therefore, I absolutely don’t mind waiting for my turn. Thank you all for your care.

Joel Swofford takes the time necessary to understand my health concerns. He takes being my primary care physician seriously and I appreciate that.

Even though I have attended this medical clinic since I was 17 years old, there are a few experiences that I've had with Novant team members out of town. But as far as this clinic goes, I would recommend it to anyone.

Dr. Swofford is wonderful. He is caring, he listens, he follows through. There aren’t many like him left. He reminds me of doctors I had years ago. He is well up to date on most things going on with his patients. I could not imagine having to go to any other doctor. He is always suggesting things that could help you.
