I am a new patient. I feel that I am in competent hands with Dr.. Joshua Spencer. His staff and office workers were professional, considerate and very attentive. Dr. Spencer was very thorough and concerned about my over all health.

It was frustrating getting an appointment with Dr Spencer but he explained why and he’s worth the wait!

This was my first appointment to see my new cardiologist, Joshua Spencer. From the moment I walked in to the facility I was greeted by smiling, friendly faces. Each person that worked with me was cheerful and welcoming. Great experience the entire time I was in the facility from check in, the doctor’s nurse, the doctor’s expertise, the lab check in and finally the phlebotomist.

Making an appointment is very difficult. The doctor and staff are excellent very kind and knowledgeable

Dr. Spencer is a very thorough caring physician. He listens to his patients and is willing to work with them and hears the patients concerns. Staff from beginning to discharge are kind and courteous.

The Dr paid complete attention to me and even let me call my wife to ask about my medications.

Not able to book my 6 month future appointment I have to wait unti a month befor the calendar was said not open until then. From past experience when I called a month before all appointments were taken then I had to wait again and sometimes even more. I didn't have that problem from any of my dr appointments in the state of ny. Can somthing be done

I would like to thank Dr Spencer for listening and following up on my every concern. He found my aortic aneurysm and has been following up and monitoring it. He has given me incredibly helpful advice and really cares. Dr Spencer is very thorough and doesn't miss a thing. He's pretty amazing!

Dr. Spencer, his staff and the Novant team handled my needs professionally and personal. There have been a couple procedures scheduled and I have been totally informed when, where and how. Communication is so important today and Novant does an outstanding job.

Bottom line. My expectations are alway met and usually exceeded.

Dr. Spencer is a gem. I am plant based and he is the only physician in the system I have encountered that understands how important diet is to health. I feel he is the best doctor I have in the system. Unfortunately, there are several doctors in the system that I have encountered that don't have a clue about good nutrition and how important it is to your health.
