First time meeting Dr Poole after relocating here in March 2024.

It would have nice to know that I could have filled out required paperwork on line vs doing it during appointment.

I didn't like that I chose a cost provider when I started working for New Hanover Schools and you guys participated. Now as of Jan you don't. I waited from Aug til Jan for an appt bc the provider was in mater it's leave and u was told bc I picked her in my card I could not see anyone else.

I was very happy with Dr.Poole and very pleased with the staff.

I'm very impressed with Dr. Poole's attention to detail and patience with questions. She called back the next day to review labs and explain it all in detail. Both she and hire assistant are professional and efficient.

I did feel bad for the patient service rep as she was the only person at the desk checking people in and out. And she was still there with a smile. I know that that person can set the mood of the entire appointment.

Doctor Poole is very kind and knowledgeable. She knew that I had not been to a primary in awhile since I had been a caregiver and had no time for myself. She and her nurse were respectful of that and did not make me feel bad which was appreciated. She helped make a plan for me for upcoming testing without overwhelming me which I very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Dr. Poole as she has a kind personality and great patience.

Dr. Poole provided the most thorough exam. Ordered tests that were necessary. Called the same evening with information from the covering dentist for NHMC. She called in a prescription for me. I received a phone call from her this AM 12/21/23, to ask about the necessary follow up care and to see how I was feeling. I highly recommend this physician. She was compassionate, thorough and very knowledgeable.
