I changed from Atrium to Novant because of Dr. Williams. He is young but very attentive to my health.

I have to say that when I arrived, Ms. Kathy at the front check-in was nice and friendly. Gabby came and got me and checked me in to Dr. Williams coming in the room. I had very high remarks for her as she is so kind and friendly and she needs to be recognized. Dr. Williams came in and we talked about 10 minutes, then He left the room so I could get ready for my physical. He went above and beyond entering all my questions and making sure that I had all my prescriptions that I needed. He genuinely made me feel comfortable while I was there. I definitely would recommend him to My friends that are in need of a new doctor. Thank you, Dr. Williams, and Gabby for your excellent service you provided.

I usually prefer the last appointment of the day, so it doesn't feel rushed, but Dr. Williams and staff never made the time spent an issue. New Dr since Dr. Barkley retired. I met Dr. George Williams for first time and was very impressed. I had thought of going to an Atrium Dr but will stay with University Practice now. I was impressed by his assistant-Gabby. My wife just met also with Dr Williams and will stay with him also!!

I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone. From the front desk, to the nurses to Dr Williams... Everyone was friendly and professional. Dr. Williams is very personable and easy to talk to. He listens intently and provides guidance. He also didn't judge which I respect. I feel like your doctor should know your full medical history and your 'activities' so they can better assist and guide during your health journey. He makes it easy to divulge that information. When your numbers are trending in the right direction he offers congrats /praise which reassuring. Also, the nurse helped me figure out an issue with my meds and why I wasn't receiving any updates from the pharmacy. I hate that this faculty is no longer in network as I may have to find another PCP. But my overall experience has always been great.

Dr. Williams was able to get me a CT scan that same day. He was so thorough and very kind.

We live in York, SC, and to keep our Dr Williams in Charlotte, NC, we don’t mind the 1.5 hour commute. He and his staff are always very attuned to any changes in health. My husband attends, I attend, and we convinced our sister to attend his office, too.

This visit was scheduled to see if I would like to become a patient at this office. I have been looking for a new provider and I believe that I have found one with Dr. Williams. He made me feel like I was a person and not a number. I am very satisfied with the care he has provided me thus far.
