Love my PCP and the staff. Disappointed with my insurance coverage of tests suggested by my PCP to diagnose my issues. I feel there is more focus on the issues of aging men such as erectile disfunction and less on the issues with post-menopausal women. Hormone imbalance is a known issue yet I have to pay for the blood work to help diagnose the issue.

I last saw Sarah Vandergoot in 2022 for an urgent care situation and she was AMAZING; she addressed my issues and put me on the right track to wellness; this past week I saw her again and once again I was so pleased to be seen by her; she is very knowledgeable, and very pleasant and puts you at ease right away.

NP, Sarah, was very quick to pick up on my low- bottom number of blood pressure reading, and had me drink some water right away. Then checked it a little later. She answered all of my questions and concerns.

Thanks to her asking me questions about different scenarios we were able to figure out that I had an insect bite that was causing my fever.

Friendly and efficient staff.

I had an appointment for myself and my daughter. They had us in in a very timely manner. Appointment was at 4pm and we were called in at 4pm. Doctor came in within a minute of the nurse leaving. I felt we were listened to and given options of treatment and were respected about our opinions about treatment as well as I like to take a more natural approach at times.

I’m close to 60 and noticing that people don’t take seniors seriously. Not the case here. I was treated exactly the same way (well) as I was years ago. I really appreciated that

I tried to get an appointment with Dr. Amy, but none available. Sarah is a great PA that is why I scheduled with her, but Dr. Amy's availability is non existent. Will probably have to find a new office to support my needs. Sarah is a great provider and would recommend her!

Sarah is very articulate, analytical and caring. She even gave me a cup of water to make sure I was hydrated before my bloodwork. She could have just pointed me towards the cooler and told me to drink some water. I definitely trust Sarah with my healthcare.

The nurse practitioner was very thorough and listen to all my complaints. She performed a very good examination. I was treated very well. She had very good rapport and was very knowledgeable.
