I saw Dr Tara Craig.She was attentive,kind,very polite,and gave her full attention to my questions.She was responsive to all my questions and concerns. I feel very fortunate to have been assigned to her for my care.

I have nothing but great things to say about the clinic, staff, nurse and especially my doctor.

I appreciate Dr Craig giving me direction instead of medication to help lower my pre diabetic number. Dr. Craig also had a positive attitude toward me and encouraged me to clean up my diet.

Dr Craig is very caring and kind.

The waiting area and check-in process exceeded my expectations. I was immediately notified of a 30-min waiting time beyond my scheduled appt. time. The nurse who broughy me in was considerate and thorough. Dr. Craig is an outstanding medical provider. She answered all my questions, and also asked several follow-up questions for clarification. Overall, this was a VERY favorable experience.

Dr. Craig is an exceptional doctor. Although she was far behind schedule, she spent time with me, did not rush, listened to my concerns, discussed my health needs, and is always very personable. She is always prepared when I see her. She has reviewed my test results and my chart prior to seeing me. This is a rarity in healthcare today. Novant is lucky to have such an intelligent, caring, and informed physician on their team.

Dr Craig and her medical assistant (she did introduce herself, but I am sorry I have forgotten her name) are very professional and kind. They listen to my concerns, answer my questions and treat me with respect. I have recommended Dr Craig to many people. She is a treasure to have at Novant.

It was definitely an upgrade from my previous provider with Carolina Health Specialists. I always hated going into the office because the staff acted like I was an inconvenience and the provider just barely spoke. The visit to your office was VERY different, everyone was pleasant and professional and I’m so glad that I have changed to my Novant provider, Dr. Tara Craig. Thank you.

Wait time after arriving was minimal. The doctor and assistant were very attentive to me as far as questions I had. Overall a very positive experience.

Dr Craig is one of the most caring snd genuine family practice providers I have ever felt with. She is totally vested in the quality of her patients health.

Dr Craig is intelligent, caring and well versed in the various technologies that were critical to retrieve the voluminous test results taking place at numerous sites. Her ability to explain these complex results in an understandable way is her greatest attribute, in addition to her obvious gifted medical training / talent.

Dr Craig is an excellent find! She’s highly knowledgeable and extremely personable…I’ve already recommended her to my ‘college sister’ and she’s already got her appointment scheduled!

From the receptionist who checked me in for the appointment to the blood draw technician at the end, this was a good experience. The doctor allowed time for discussion about my health, got appointments for other care underway. I was taken back before my appointment time, the assistant did all the preliminary things, said the doctor would be in shortly. I waited over 30 min after that before the doctor came in. I didn't like that part as I was missing work. It's a common occurrence when seeing doctors but I had hoped, since my appointment was mid-morning, there wouldn't be so much of a delay. All in all, I would still highly recommend this practice/doctor based on the care provided.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Craig and I was very impressed in all areas.

I like using the patient portal. If for some reason I forgot to mention something or need a refill, I always go to the portal.

Open to discuss questions I had and scheduled follow-up. I have been with this practice since it originally opened in Calabash. Very glad I was assigned to her.

For a first visit with this doctor did not feel that she was not thorough enough in the getting to know me.
