Each staff member treated us as though we were a very important patient and his care giver. Our input was considered and our concerns were addressed. We left feeling good about the care provided, support given and that they are there for us when we need them.

Keep it as it is. I think from the beginning up now , all the staffs which means the doctors and nurses they treated me nice way. All the appointments from time to time it was nice. Every thing is settled and organized. Thank you

Everyone I came in contact with was extremely professional and courteous and Knowledgeable.

Dr. Miller was extraordinary and he took considerable time to walk me through my medical history and the implications of all the tests that were taken so that I would fully appreciate what the indicators were and whether they were any intentions in the medication I’m currently taking and prescribed, but he walked me through every aspect of the test and the outcome of the test and what I need to be concerned about and what I need not to worry about. He also encouraged me to call back if I had further questions.

Everytime I’m in that particular office I’m treated like a VIP. The office is great from the beginning to the ending of the appointment.

Very professional staff. Warm greeting when I checked in and when I checked out. The nurses are nice and Dr. Miller is kind and explained everything to me and not in doctor jargon, I really appreciated that. All around a very pleasant experience.

Dr. Miller was fantastic! He listened to my needs and accepted the documentation I gave him that showed my personal tracking of my iron and related blood test results over the past 3 years. He immediately understood my need for IV iron based on my history and asked all the right follow-up questions to ensure I received the right IV iron infusion product. Dr Miller offered me a referral to another hematologist that would be closer to where I live, but as I told him, he is worth the 1 hour drive!

I have been using Dr. Miller for 25 years or more. I have followed him from practice to practice because I felt that he was the best doctor for my needs.
