Dr Johnson was awesome! I loved how she processed this whole visit. The actual flow of events in finding out what was wrong made me feel so comfortable. My wife even complimented on her personality which helped the actual atmosphere during the appointment. So impressed

I can’t remember the receptionist’s name but she was great! I called Wednesday morning and she listened to me and my concerns and worked me in that day at 2:50! I live three hours from Matthews but she accommodated me on short notice! Dr Johnson is a terrific physician. This was my second ligation procedure and she was very professional again and made me comfortable with a very humbling experience!!

i don't like that there is always someone new at the checkin desk. it is not very personable like it used to be. i also don't like that i'm asked my name and DOB in an open waiting room where others could here.
