She walks into the examining room with a smile on her face and a welcome. She takes the time to listen to symptoms she is told, interjecting at times to ask questions or asking for more information. She is thorough in her examination, explains her diagnosis in layman's terms. If further testing is needed, she explains in detail where, when and why. When I leave Dr. Provo's office, I have confidence that my health concerns have been addressed and not disregarded as had been the case with my previous physician.

Dr Provo is an excellent Doctor. She listened and asked questions. Very thorough as she was seeing me because I couldn't get in with my regular Doctor for a couple of days. Her nurse was very nice and was doing preliminary checks.

Dr Provo is everything you want in your primary care physician.... Kind, caring , attentive, communicative and highly skilled! I am seventy years old and she is by far the best GP that I have ever had. Her care feels very personalized. She makes you feel like you are being treated by a trusted friend.

Tamara was excellent. It was the first time I had met her (it's usually Amy) and she was friendly, engaging, informative and efficient. And she's really good at giving flu shots! Didn't even feel it! I am happy to have Dr. Provo as my PC. I feel comfortable with her and she is a great physician.

I had a cold and cough for 7 days that I couldn't shake and tested negative for COVID three times. I was concerned about strep throat as I've had a heart valve replacement and went on My Chart to request and appointment. I was given one the same day; Dr. Provo was amazing, as usual and gave me a quick strep test and a culture. I feel I received excellent care from this provider and was very appreciative of the same day appointment!

Originally went to urgent care with an inflamed elbow. When the person at the desk realized I was a patient of Dr. Provo, my primary care physician and she was seeing patients....she immediately made an effort for me to be seen by her. I was very happy and appreciative about that.

Staff should notify you if the provider is running late! I got there at 2 for my wellness visit! The wellness visit took 15 minutes! The staff directed me back to the waiting room! I waited over 30 minutes! I told the staff that would have to leave at 3. I then get up to leave and all of a sudden they put me back in the room and Dr Provo came in! I was told by the staff that she was seeing a patient and had another before me! I'm not sure how they worked itself out, because within minutes Dr.Provo was in the room!
