Feb 2025Pleasant enough at first, but then was obviously very annoyed with me when I asked her to repeat information, or asked about getting the information written down (information overload)-especially since I was not signed up for portal and was a new patient who was unaware of procedures. She lacked patience, and was visibly irritated. When changing a place that I told her I was going, she just googled it. I asked if she knew any doctors at those places and she said, no. I was feeling pretty ok with her until the end when she was giving me nasty looks because I had her repeat information. It was so bad, I thought I might ask for a new doctor (still might). Left a bad taste in my mouth. I did not feel a sense of empathy.
