I know nothing about how other clients are treated, other to say, I have never witnessed disrespect to any one. From the moment I walk thru the glass doors, I am addressed by name. They inquire about things I may have participated in the community. They know how to treat clients to transmit caring and concern. Dr Heftner is a master at it. It definitely comes across as genuine
