Corina Pogodina, MD

Dr. Pogodina is an excellent primary care physician and I feel so grateful that she is my doctor. Her nurse was polite, caring and lovely in her time checking me in. All in all, it was a wonderful experience being there for my appointment.

Very caring

Dr. Pogodina made arrangements for me to go to the hospital radiology for further testing after my appointment. Two days later, on a Saturday mornning, her staff called me to say my bloodwork was concerning and I should go immediately to the ER. That evening, when I had returned home from the ER with news of pulmonary embolisms, Dr. Pogodina called me herself to ensure I called her office Monday morning for a followup appointment. She is an amazing, caring doctor who saved my life.

Dr. Pogodina is a fabulous physician. She spent 40 minutes with me while I was spilling my heart out about my health concerns. She never rushed me, and even reached out to me personally the following day to check on me. As an employee myself, I am so thankful to have a team like I do at Pine Forest.

I love Dr.Pogadina, her assistant Caitlin, JR, and everyone else at the Pine Forest Novant site. The only thing that needs to be improved is the road to the site which is a mess due to road construction.

Dr. Pogodina and her team are so great to work with. They are all very responsive via phone and MyChart (way better than other Novant providers) and I really feel like I have a partner in my health. I wish her all the best while she’s away.

I am very impressed with Dr. Pogodina and would recommend her highly. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and listens to her patients. After having Catie Ward for several years I was hesitant when she left but my concerns were put to rest with Dr. Pogodina.

Dr. Pogodina is a fantastic doctor. I was leaving the country for 3 weeks and she got me in on 1 days notice. Got me the medicine I needed to last my vacation and got me an appointment with a specialist outside Novant Health when I couldn’t get to see 1 in Novant until 2025. She is the best!

Best you can receive

Arrived 15 minutes early and was taken back almost immediately. Was in an exam room ready for the doctor at the time my appointment was scheduled for. Doctor arrived promptly and was very professional and courteous. Lab work done and I was on my way in 30 minutes.

So professional, kind, listening, no hurry, complete information. I'm very pleased.

I was disappointed that I had to wait in the room for 30 minutes to see dr. I arrived 10 minutes early and was taken right to a room. Dr did not come in for 30 minutes
