Dr always goes above and beyond at my visits, always takes the time to explain everything and answers all my questions with complete understanding.

I didn't feel like Dr. Mijares was very confident and that made me concerned. I had a traumatic ER experience days before this apt with a hematoma that erupted. I didn't feel reassured or very heard. I was scared and traumatized and I was hoping for more advice and reassurance. I also received conflicting advice compared to the midwife I had seen at the practice previously.

Devin was so wonderful to talk to. She informed and reassured me that Novant's practice is focused on the patient's autonomy and making informed decisions. We discussed my birth plan and she answered all of my questions regarding "Plan B" and made sure I understood that they would make my comfort and wellbeing a priority throughout labor and delivery.
