I love visiting Novant Gateway Family Health! I continue to go to this practice even though I now live in Greensboro. I can always get an appointment and the staff and healthcare providers are excellent.

It started out as being not such a good experience but once I was able to see Dr. Scott, things were better.

I felt that my appointment experience was good overall. Dr. Scott and her staff was very attentive and answered some questions I had. I plan on making them my primary doctor. I'm very grateful and appreciative of the overall service I received.

The provider is exceptional. She discussed that she reviewed all visits with other providers since my last routine physical, she offered to answer any lingering questions. she noted that she is aware of an ongoing health concern, and she provided advice. All around GREAT!

Ms Scott is wonderful. She listened to me, asked questions, and made recommendations to improve my health. My daughter saw her on the same day and really liked her as well.
