I am 80 years old, and Dr. Martin is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had. She listens, she diagnosis And treats. Her knowledge of medication is superb. She studies my history before she walks in the room. Kudos.

Appointment time was 11:30 and it was almost 12:30 before seeing the doctor. Don't mind waiting as long as I get ample time with doctor, though..

I love that Dr. Martin always takes time to listen and personalizes her responses to me. I especially love that she expound on data and empirical research that I may not have been aware of that is also personalized to me. When I checked out all of my prescriptions were not on there, so I asked out staff to check, but they were not particularly helpful and just seem to want to sit there. Other than those two Staff members, the check in people were amazing and my nurse Ryann was awesome. I consistently recommend Dr. Shannon and Martin to my friends who don’t like their primary care physician.

Dr. Martin and her staff rise far above the Novant administration and the current "system" of healthcare delivery that has recently evolved in the New Hanover service area. She and her staff perform in a superior and most admirable manner in spite of the less than mediocre, disorganized, chaotic milieu which appears to be characteristic of Novant at this point in time.

My experience was good, the BAD thing was that I HAD TO WAIT MORE THAN AN HOUR FOR THE DR. Wait too long.

I wish I was given more information than to just wait. I waited about an hour and my appointment was about 8 minutes or less. I would have liked a work note or some ideas of what I could do to help heal faster.

Far too long a waiting period. I came in at 1:45 for a 2:00 bloodwork appt. and was taken right in. However, I waited 45 min. for my wellness check and another half hour for my physical.

It definitely is not like I'm used to a doctor Visit being before coming here. There is nothing on a warm and caring feeling for the patient. It is almost like get them in and out as soon as possible. Bring in the next and do the exact thing again.

My dr couldn't get me in so I saw Dr Martin. She was kind. She referred me to an ENT for possible scarring in my ear drum. ENT office called back 3 days later and I can not get in until sept (even when I mentioned that it was pretty urgent). They also don't have a cancellation list. So they expect you to call in daily to see if there's been a cancellation. That seems crazy. 100 people calling in daily to check ?
