This was the best experience I've ever had at a medical appointment. He spent alot of time reviewing my long medical & surgical journey. He assured me where to go to get answers. I'm not a patient who complains and I understand the challenged of modern medicine so I didn't expect an extended appointment time. But he treated me as he said "as he would his own mom." I'm not cured but I'm truly grateful. He is a great credit to Novant and deserves a pay raise!
