Dr Marks is exceptional.

Dr. Marks is absolutely an incredible physician. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. Easily the best urologist I have ever me in 26 plus years.

He took the time to listen to my concerns and created a plan based on my needs. I felt like the visit was tailored to me, and not “just another patient”.

I was a challenging appointment. I was in extreme pain and when I used the bathroom-my screams were certainly heard. But staff worked with me, providing the privacy I needed. Despite my appointment starting 45 minutes late (my fault) - Dr. Mark’s took his time with me and explained what was going on. It was appreciated.

Dr was great. I was bothered by the fact that there were two staff members, both female, asking all of the personal medical questions that had already been updated online by me prior to my visit. That part seems very unnecessary.

The doctor was very thorough and he full explained everything.

Front desk and medical assistants were great! However, Dr. Marks does not need to be working in pediatrics. He talked to me (as a parent with medical knowledge) like I was dumb and acted rude towards my 2 year old whom was already scared to be in a Drs office. He did not make her feel comfortable, neither I… I will not be going back to him for any reason.
