Dr Marks and his staff are always phenomenal :-)

Dr was great. I was bothered by the fact that there were two staff members, both female, asking all of the personal medical questions that had already been updated online by me prior to my visit. That part seems very unnecessary.

Dr Marks is wonderful. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Marks is very approachable and took the time to explain my kub and litho lab results. He made sure I understood what the results indicated and was easy to talk to. Definite would recommend him to family and friends.

The doctor was very thorough and he full explained everything.

Front desk and medical assistants were great! However, Dr. Marks does not need to be working in pediatrics. He talked to me (as a parent with medical knowledge) like I was dumb and acted rude towards my 2 year old whom was already scared to be in a Drs office. He did not make her feel comfortable, neither I… I will not be going back to him for any reason.

Great Doctor, great Nurse, wonderful people. Quick and on time appointment to see Dr. Marks. Went to my medical history of urology and explain everything possible. Very happy with his attention, good humor. Pleasant to be at his office.

First appointment at Atlantic urology. I was taken early and all of my questions were answered. Plan of care was appreciated. Next appointment has been scheduled. Dr. Marks was easy to talk to and plan if care was needed and appreciated .

Dr Marks and his staff were very professional and knowledgeable about what my procedure would entail ,what they were doing as they were doing it they kept me informed. I would recommend them to others.

I went to emergency they almost immediately took care of my pain issues. The follow up with uriologist and next day stint insertion to relieve pain. Every one I had interactions with were really great and professionally.

Dr. Marks is the best physician I've encountered at Novant Wilmington. I never felt rushed during the appointment. He listened intently, seemed extremely interested in getting to the root cause of my issues and made thoughtful recommendations regarding my care and well being.

On previous visits I had some reservations keeping them but this time I had a doctor who was wonderful and listened to everything I had to say. He was completely focused on my Health issues. I will now keep this group of doctors.

My wife and I were very impressed with the knowledge, experience and thoroughness of Dr. Marks. It has take me 4 years since we moved to the Wilmington area to find a urologist as of the medical quality as Dr. Marks including my visits up to UNC.

The nurse and med tech were efficient and worked extremely well together. Dr. Marks was incredibly informative and took the time I needed with him without rushing through the appointment.

It's the first time IN A LONG time when I've felt like the Doctor was there to listen to ME. He had an awesome, "bed side manor" which I think (is extremely important) and has been lost in our time / culture. I trust him with my life. Which is what we should feel with ALL of our doctors. But, as I said, it's been a long time. For me.
