One new thing that happened this visit: When I was waiting in the waiting room to be called, the doctor's nurse did not stand at the entrance door to the care area and call my name; rather, she came out in the waiting area and walked up to me where I was sitting and said my name (I had not met her previously). I was really impressed with her doing that.
