Ivette Cintron-Cubero Was amazing! She was very Informative. I had to get lab work done and she did everything in her power to see if there was anyway I could make it in today ( Friday 27th) She made my visit very personal and seem very empathetic . At the end of the visit she gave me a hug and told me “ to be safe “ and it’ll be okay. She also informed me not to eat prior to blood work unlike the last lab visits I had with another provider . I’m very pleased with her and will be seeing her again while possibly making her my primary doctors . She recently seen my son and was the same way. She has a passion for this career and care for her patients . Patients isn’t just a number to her and it showed during my visit with her. If only she knew how reassuring and peace she gave me that visit.

I called in the morning and explained my symptoms and was told I could come in immediately. I was shocked. The staff was excellent. The doctor was very friendly and sympathetic to my situation. She sent prescriptions to my pharmacy and ordered a shot that would speed up the healing process until I could get my medicines.

I am so glad that I found this provider and I wish I had known about this office sooner. They treat me like I am family from start to finish and I even get a hug every time I go. You won’t find a better place. From 1 to 10 They are a 100. And I’m thankful for all they have done for me

The receptionist was very friendly. The nurse had the hands of an angel and the health professional provided her with very professional treatment. I can not say enough about Ivette Citron-Cubero ,FNP . She is the best health care provider I have ever had! I drove approximately an hour to Kannapolis just so I could see her. She is patient, careing and very knowledgeable. After seeing Ivette on several occasions, I made an appointment for my husband to see her as well. And he is just as happy as I am . We agree she is amazing! Also I can not go without saying the entire staff at the Kannapolis location was kind and caring! Thank you!

I was seen by Ivette Dianelle Cintron-Cubero, FNP and I cannot express how grateful I am for her amazing care. She listened to my concerns when I was desperate for help after being mistreated at Atrium Urgent Care in Concord. After being sick for 2 weeks, she gave me the right medications and I felt relief in 6 hours. I will be coming back in January for a physical with her and plan to see her from now on! Please tell her how much she helped me and for being so sweet and kind hearted. You are lucky to have her on your team. We need more healthcare workers like her!

Ivette is amazing. Always listens carefully and validates concerns. When I went in she was immediately concerned with how rapidly my condition declined. She immediately changed the medications I had already been given and even ordered shots to start rapid treatment that day due to the condition of my ear and sinus infection. I know without fail she will listen to my concerns and treat to the best of her ability. Friendly and caring. Will continue to seek treatment with her.
