The doctor was very helpful and kind . I really liked her.

Jennifer Harris-Barker was very informative and helpful in explaining steps to move forward after my procedure with Stent placement and Cardiac Rehab. She advised me if I had any questions or problems to reach out to her so we could discuss them. I have a lot of confidence in her decisions and advice.

Our provider was knowledgeable and gave us excellent information, but she spoke very fast. Because of my husband’s aphasia post-2022 CVA, I requested that she slow down. We had not met her before and she did not introduce herself…. and I interrupted her to ask her name. After a few minutes, we felt more connected with her. Her information was very helpful, but we just needed more time to process the information.

The quality of care far exceeds anything I would have expected. I spent 42 years as a pharmacist here and in the Bay Area. We feel extremely safe with Novant.

Everyone is pleasant

My experience with Jennifer was very good. She explained everything to me more than anyone else has so far. She was very helpful. As for the rest of the practice not so much. I received my pre-op instructions a WEEK after I had the procedure done. My follow-up appointment was rescheduled twice in a week. One of the surgeons notes indicated that they talked with me and my family about cardiac rehab.. No one talked with me about that. That being said I do have confidence in Jennifer. Pretty disappointed in the rest of it.

Great Experience

Ms. Harris-Barker was outstanding in her review of my April 6 MI and the follow up recommendations. Specifically, she decreased somewhat the dosage of one of the blood pressure meds that I was originally prescribed. I can tell a positive difference in the way I feel as a result.

Very disappointed that my visit to discuss results of an echocardiogram was not able to be with my cardiologist, Dr Nourredine but with a Family Nurse Practioner. The visit was originally scheduled with my doctor bui changed later since he was unavailable to see me. Not good medical practice I believe..

The nurse assistant was very friendly and very professional. Jennifer the PA was very thorough and professional too.
