PA spent time with me. Explained details about test and possible next test. She was personable, professional and listened to my needs.

I arrived more than a half hour early and was taken in right away. That was great.

I had an excellent and informative visit with PA-C Jennifer Johnson. She provided various treatment options and worked with me to decide on best on to start with. All my questions were thoroughly addressed.

The Doctor, Nurse, and Assistant were all friendly, easy to talk to and easy to understand. The listen to me and took care of my medical needs before l left the office. The ladies at the front desk are also pleasant when receiving you into the office.

I was very happy with everyone at the office. It was very informative and I learned more about my pacemaker from the device clinic technician. Everyone was very good about helping me understand what was happening with me.

Friendly professional and no waiting or delays

The whole appointment experience was good but information provided when making the appointment - need for a heart risk assessment to assist with a decision about possible knee surgery - had not been included in the appointment info for Ms. Jennifer. She coped marvelously with the need for this additional assessment.

A truly noteworthy and refreshing experience. There are many physicians that could take some lessons.
