I had a great experience. Wonderful Dr and staff. But, I do feel the Dr should ask if I have any questions or concerns before I leave the office.

I always enjoy my visit with Dr. Tapia as well as his staff. They always take time for this elderly lady and listen to my complaints about my health as well as my personal life. They never rush me.

I noticed a few things that made this Doctor stand out as a good one.

I didn't have to wait, and I got a full 30 minutes of the Doctor's time. both the nurse and the doctor were efficient and caring. I felt heard and was much less frightened after my visit.

Once I found the correct building, everything moved smoothly. I had preregistered so intake was smooth. The nurse doing my previsit information was pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Tapia was up to date on my condition, listened to my input and expressed clear, concise treatment. Outtake was just as efficient and pleasant. Good experience.
