Dr smart and Dr terrence have always been more then amazing, as a retired combat vet they are definitly trying to assist in giving me the best quality of life. The front desk and assitants are more then kind and proffessional. Were moving on to the next step just waiting on approval for the biologic shots. Thanks to everyone

Nurse Practitioner Williams was really focus on my concerns about my health. He explained clear what was going on with my lung condition. Started me on a different treatment plan and I can't thank him enough?

Since entering the Novant system, I have been treated very well. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. All of my appointments have been on-time, with one rare exception. That exception was a time where the office was running a few minutes behind. They were apologetic and I was understanding. Overall, I have been very impressed with my Novant experiences.

Terrance was knowledgeable and informed. He took the time to answer all my questions and explained things in detail. I would gladly see him again.

The office experience was good. This was my first visit since the practice was taken over by Novant Health. I was expecting to see Dr. Clavio; however I was seen by someone else. The doctor I saw was good; however I think I should have been informed ahead of my visit that is was a possibility.

Receptionist Hard to check in when they are on the phone. Is all and you are on. Time you are off from work to get to be seen and have to get back reasonable timeframe

All staff were informative and kind

PA Terrill Williams is competent, caring, and knows my history. My situation is one of maintenance to make sure it doesn’t get worse which he is more than capable of handling. My only concern is that no one told me he would be handling my maintenance care instead of Dr. Smart. It was a surprise and perhaps they did tell me, but it was so subtle I missed it. I’m still happy with my care But would have liked to understand the change in care giver.
