I've always had very positive experiences in this office. The care providers and the office staff are very caring, qualified and attentive. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

with Dr only being there 1 day a week I couldn't get the next appointment as soon as he requested

Dr. Terrence Williams was Excellent and he really showed patience and concern. He really listened. Every staff member was very kind and helpful. I had a wonderful experience .

Once the appointment was finally made, the service was superb! Accommodations were made for my early arrival, as I was tested and able to see a PA, to explain the results immediately. I was very impressed with the level of service provided!

Receptionist Hard to check in when they are on the phone. Is all and you are on. Time you are off from work to get to be seen and have to get back reasonable timeframe

Longer wait than usual this time...but overall always satisfied with care and attentiveness of Terence and all of the techs and staff.

All staff were informative and kind

PA Terrill Williams is competent, caring, and knows my history. My situation is one of maintenance to make sure it doesn’t get worse which he is more than capable of handling. My only concern is that no one told me he would be handling my maintenance care instead of Dr. Smart. It was a surprise and perhaps they did tell me, but it was so subtle I missed it. I’m still happy with my care But would have liked to understand the change in care giver.

The PA was very informative about my health. I was pleased with the care he gave me.

I feel like this doctor is the first to actually listen to me and take the necessary steps to identify what is wrong. my other pulmonary care provider was with a totally different practice and I really didn’t feel like a person. I felt more like a number so I was very pleased that this new doctor seemed determined to identify what is causing my discomfort.

This was our first time meeting Mr. Terrance. He is knowledgeable and took time to explain in detail why my mothers was experiencing pain in her back. Dr. Smart joined us as soon as he was available and continued the assessment and explanation of pain. Very pleased with the visit.
