I appreciate how professional and friendly the receptionist was, how kind the nurse who took my vitals was, how thorough the nurse who helped with the exam and then explained the whole process of setting up tests and surgery, and the skill and consideration Dr Robinson showed. When I asked a follow-up question the next day via MyChart, I got immediate responses from both the nurse and the doctor. I trust them with my care.

Throughout the entire appointment, he really listen to what I had to say, and was very good at explaining everything to me in a way that I was able to understand. He never made me feel rushed. He took his time, explaining my options, and made me feel like it was important for me to know all the information, and to be a part of the decision making In deciding about further treatment plan. He and the nurse were very professional and caring during my physical work up. The office staff that checked me in and out were very friendly.
