Dr P is as warm, caring and professional as one could ever ask a dr to be. I feel very fortunate to be under his care.

Your receptionist went over and beyond anything that we could have ever asked. Our battery in our truck was dead when we got ready to leave the office Thursday afternoon (October 3rd, 2024). The receptionist (her name eludes me!) never hesitated, and came straight outside, and positioned her car so that I could use it to jumpstart our truck.

My experience with this doctor and his staff is always the best.

Dr. Harikrishnan listened to my health questions and issues and communicated a treatment plan with care and in a manner that was understandable for the patient. Very personal and professional.

The staff went out of their way to squeeze me in to a cancelled appointment. Out of all of the sleep doctors that I have seen, Dr Phoncharoensri is the best by far. I learned more from him in one visit than I have the entire time that I have had sleep apnea. He explained so many things to me in a way that was easy for me to understand, he was kind and very reassuring about my condition.

A totally pleasant experience. This was a first time visit. I was impressed with Dr. P because his exam was very thorough, listened to my concerns, and gave explanations to my condition.

Dr P and his staff are fantastic. He speaks to me in a way that I know he cares. He asks a lot of questions and makes sure I am on the right path. He also responds to questions and provides thorough explanations of medications and my health outlook.

Everyone was nice and courteous and polite. And always willing to help you in any kind of way they can. My visit is always on time never waiting. And when is time for my visit it is on time in and out. This time I had the situation my blood pressure was too low And they sent me to my primary doctor. Thank you very much for doing that to me. This shows you really care about your patience and you don’t want anything to happen to them. So I’ll say thanks again. I love going to my neurologist and sleep study doctor, Dr. P. Thank you again

I was warmly greeted at the check in desk by Hannah. She was very friendly. The nurse, Vickie treated me with respect and was extremely nice. Dr. D. P. is both knowledgeable and compassionate. He treats his patients with care and empathy. He is a physician of the heart and soul.

Dr Phoncharoensri is the most attentive doctor I have ever seen. He has taken excellent care of me over the years. His is exceptional.

I love Dr. P. He probably is the best doctor I have ever had. Kind, warm, fully informative are a few of his traits. Staff excellent . But its him that makes it so very extra special. That's why I said mostly for the staff. They are very good but its him, I treasure the most.

Dr. P asked questions concerning my condition and listened carefully to my response. He changed sitting position so that we could have a face to face conversation. He made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I received.

Dr. P is very thorough in his exams and looks through the whole history of my medical records which is a great thing. It is always a pleasure meeting with him. His staff is very professional and friendly.

The new medication is not yet working. There seems to be very little that will help to ease my symptoms. I feel hopeless there is a solution to my health problem concern RLS and sleeplessness. I do respect Dr. P efforts but I am very concern that I will never to get a solution to these problems.

Dr P and the staff at Bermuda Run office was fabulous. I had an emergency situation with my cpap machine failing to work and needed a new one but needed a new prescription, they saw me, evaluated me, wrote a new prescription and I was able to get a loaner til I can get a new one. I can not say enough about there attention to my needs in a timely manner. Awesome!!

Dr. P was excellent. He took the time to answer our questions and more importantly to explain the MRI. He was very focused on Jill and the issues she is having.

The doctor pretty much did nothing and told me he couldn't help me. He referred me to a neurologist in a different system

Dr. P was very thorough. He listened to me and asked questions to gain additional insight on the issue I am having. He explained things and ensured I understood them. I needed to go online to complete some information and he showed me in the room exactly where to go online so I would not have an issue when I got home. He cares that a medication we tried did not help and did not push me to remain on the medicine. He told me to stop taking it, and we will try a different medication to get the migraines under control. He also ordered other exams to rule out other potential causes that have not been previously explored. Having such a caring, thorough physician is becoming less of a norm, and I am thankful I found Dr. P.
