Dr. P is one of the most smart, caring, compassionate and sweetest Dr's that I've ever known. He truly listens and cares.

Met with the doctor. He listened and shared test results. He listened and asked questions and listened. We came up with a diagnosis and treatment. Most doctors don’t listen as he did.

Dr P is wonderful. He explains things thoroughly in terms I can understand. He asked at different points if I had any questions or concerns. I saw him a few years ago when I had Bells Palsey. As soon as my general Dr said I needed to go to a neurologist i immediately asked if it would be possible to go to Dr P. He’s great. So kind and knowledgeable.

Your receptionist went over and beyond anything that we could have ever asked. Our battery in our truck was dead when we got ready to leave the office Thursday afternoon (October 3rd, 2024). The receptionist (her name eludes me!) never hesitated, and came straight outside, and positioned her car so that I could use it to jumpstart our truck.

Dr. Harikrishnan listened to my health questions and issues and communicated a treatment plan with care and in a manner that was understandable for the patient. Very personal and professional.

The staff went out of their way to squeeze me in to a cancelled appointment. Out of all of the sleep doctors that I have seen, Dr Phoncharoensri is the best by far. I learned more from him in one visit than I have the entire time that I have had sleep apnea. He explained so many things to me in a way that was easy for me to understand, he was kind and very reassuring about my condition.

A totally pleasant experience. This was a first time visit. I was impressed with Dr. P because his exam was very thorough, listened to my concerns, and gave explanations to my condition.

Dr P and his staff are fantastic. He speaks to me in a way that I know he cares. He asks a lot of questions and makes sure I am on the right path. He also responds to questions and provides thorough explanations of medications and my health outlook.

Everyone was nice and courteous and polite. And always willing to help you in any kind of way they can. My visit is always on time never waiting. And when is time for my visit it is on time in and out. This time I had the situation my blood pressure was too low And they sent me to my primary doctor. Thank you very much for doing that to me. Dr. P is very thorough in his exams and looks through the whole history of my medical records which is a great thing. It is always a pleasure meeting with him. His staff is very professional and friendly.

The new medication is not yet working. There seems to be very little that will help to ease my symptoms. I feel hopeless there is a solution to my health problem concern RLS and sleeplessness. I do respect Dr. P efforts but I am very concern that I will never to get a solution to these problems.

Dr P and the staff at Bermuda Run office was fabulous. I had an emergency situation with my cpap machine failing to work and needed a new one but needed a new prescription, they saw me, evaluated me, wrote a new prescription and I was able to get a loaner til I can get a new one. I can not say enough about there attention to my needs in a timely manner. Awesome!!

He asks questions to make sure I have no issues; he explains the data and technology available and makes it relatable to me; and he gives me the opportunity to asks questions. Dr. P was excellent. He took the time to answer our questions and more importantly to explain the MRI. He was very focused on Jill and the issues she is having.

I called on Tuesday and the schedulers from different offices worked hard to get me in on Wednesday which I really appreciated. Everyone was great. The power went out right before I arrived but Dr. P saw me anyway. He was awesome!!!
