My experience with this provider was having my concerns dismissed as she felt my pain was just a flair up & in my head. Not appreciated at all. My issue with my back is very much real and been an issue for over 2 months. This pain has not stopped me from enjoying daily activities but also prevents me from doing my teaching job.

I was able to promptly get an appointment when needed. Care and interactions with staff and physician was excellent.

Dr. Fitzpatrick took the time to explain every part of my MRI. She did not make me feel rushed. She listened to my concerns and did not rush immediately to surgery. I felt comfortable from beginning to end.

I arrived about an hour early for my appointment and expected to wait. However, Dr. Kilpatrick had a no show and was able to see me within 10 minutes of arrival. This was my first post-op visit and I was thrilled to get to see her. She is very understanding, knowledgeable and compassionate.
