The entire staff (ie the scheduler, receptionist , nurse, and Nurse Practitioner) provided top notch service and professionalism while meeting my needs. My appointment was timely, which was greatly appreciated as well.

Laurie Bowles has excellent listening skills, I feel very comfortable having her a a medical provider. Her nurse Kathy is very helpful as well.

This particular Novant facility is busy so it's a little hard to get a timely appointment (the wait time seems to be around four weeks, usually) but other than that I love it and the people who work there. Everyone is nice and respectful, knowledgeable and professional. The facility is always clean and well provided for. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
