I know that Novant is working to increase efficiency and to lower labor/staff costs. Some of the changes are obvious and good but I hope Novant does not reduce the current level of service I get from Dr Miller.

The new visit summary is really not tailored to me but rather pretty generic probably age grouped. For example there is a line where “i commit to 40 minutes of exercise”. A little too boiler plate. Liked the NHRMC version better than the NOVANT version.

My experience at the Hospital was outrageous two days no bed food was a really bad experience don't get breakfast until 10:00 lunch at 2:00 and haven't gotten diner yet is 7:00 everything is cold would not feed it to my dog. The drs I had was great
