Dr. Mier and his Staff are very knowledgeable, took time to listen to me, and answered all of my questions.

Dr Miller is very thorough. He clearly explains needed exams, tests etc. I find him to be exceptionally good at listening to his patients. I appreciate the care and courtesy I receive from him and the staff at this site. My experience from check in to check out is consistently excellent.

The new visit summary is really not tailored to me but rather pretty generic probably age grouped. For example there is a line where “i commit to 40 minutes of exercise”. A little too boiler plate. Liked the NHRMC version better than the NOVANT version.

My experience at the Hospital was outrageous two days no bed food was a really bad experience don't get breakfast until 10:00 lunch at 2:00 and haven't gotten diner yet is 7:00 everything is cold would not feed it to my dog. The drs I had was great

Reason why I left Wilmington Health was because of the outstanding reputation of Dr Miller, Nurses and staff at the Odgen Novant Health location. And it was the BEST health decision I have made.

I believe it is difficult for older people who are not accustomed to being patients. It is a challenge to be faced with diagnoses and medications and doctor visits when you haven't experienced much of that in your adult life. So having said that, it is particularly important to be treated with knowledge and respect by your care team. I believe my care team has accomplished that.

Every person I spoke with during my visit was very helpful, friendly, and professional. I know you ask patients to fill out a Sunshine Award for especially good service. I could fill one out for each person. I will say that Wesley who checked me out spent the most time with me and was especially pleasant and accommodating.
