I'm sorry doctors are not trained in nutritional and supplemental treatments, but are mostly given much information on prescription treatments from drug companies.

Dr Eisenberg is a superb professional. She listens carefully and is an excellent communicator for questions asked. Her phlebotomist has amazing skill and gives all of her patients a feeling of security and kindness as she performs her duties. I will also extend a well deserved compliment to the reception administrators as well. Both ladies are efficient, professional and treat the patients with genuine respect and kindness. The CNA ladies are always top-notch and excellent with the patients. This is an amazing practice and I'm so happy to be their patient. I'm very much better because of their expertise.

Took a long time to get an appointment, and as a senior citizen, I found it a little difficult to find the building, as I am not familiar with Charlotte. But the treatment with the staff made up for the few little issues.

Very friendly and professional staff Dr Eisenberg carefully listened to me and suggested ways to improve my glucose control. So glad to have her as my doctor. Staff is very efficient also.

That I had to wait for an appointment is a testament to the credentials and care that Dr. Eisenberg provides. Dr. Eisenberg and her nurse Amber are a super team that one is not always lucky to find. Although I did not receive news that I wanted I feel hopeful that I have a care team I can depend on. I would recommend them (but secretly I don't want to share them)

Everyone worked hard to make sure that this was a positive experience for me. This was my first time meeting the doctor, so I am really glad that everyone was so sensitive and caring. The doctor gave me a lot of information to process. I did not know what questions to ask. She seemed to welcome questions when I had time to process the information. I sent her questions through the portal. She was very thorough in her answers. She thanked me for the reminder about an issue that she needed to follow up on. She continued to welcome questions.
