Good experience

We love Melissa Kelly PA. She is so knowledgeable and also really good at explaining difficult concepts to me on a level I can understand as a parent. Food allergies are scary but she makes me feel so at ease with everything.

Melissa and the nurse were wonderful and so patient with my daughter who was a little nervous about the appointment.

The doctor was super nice and very caring. She was very attentive and so helpful. My son tends to get upset at appointments but she did a wonderful job with him - I highly recommend her and her staff. Everyone was very pleasant and understands how a child can be :) thank you

The room was extremely dirty. The staff, nurses and Dr are amazing.

I absolutely loved how the doctor interacted with my daughter, and explained things very thoroughly to her father and myself.

I was hesitant at first but as the appointment began, the team was very nice and were very open in sharing information by answering all questions and explaining every action performed.

We had a good experience with the staff and the care they provided for our daughter. I did want to note that the floor in the room we were in was not very clean. At first glance it seemed fine but we were in the room for 3 hours for an egg challenge with our 19 month old so we had plenty of time to notice the details of the room. Following her around and watching what she got into we realized how dirty certain parts of the floor were. Again, great care and team. We had a good experience overall. I just feel it's worth mentioning this fact about the floor.

Melissa Kelly was amazing - so personal and took so much time with my daughter. She was so gentle with her and took her anxiety seriously, taking the time to reassure her about everything.

I was blown away by the timeliness, kindness, welcoming attitude and patience of every person we encountered from walking in the door to walking out. We never felt rushed but THEY were SO quick about seeing her once we were in the room, and upon completion of the testing. Truly impressive care. I loved the whole experience for my daughter.

The doctor was amazing

Melissa immediately made my son feel comfortable. She was very thorough in taking his history and explained the purpose of all testing and treatments, all backed by research. When I sent a my chart message with a question, she responded immediately. Highly recommend for pediatric allergy care!

Dr. Melissa is an excelente care provider.
