I had a 9:30 appointment. I was taken back a few minutes early. I undressed and was on examining table by 9:32. Nurse said doctor was finishing up a patient and should be in soon. It was 9:55 when the doctor came in.

My only issue on this visit concerns the medical assistant: there always seems to be a new face and this one did not introduce herself, don’t think I saw a smile on her face or heard one in her voice.
